Started in a St. Louis driveway. Still answering the calls ourselves.
Dee's Heating & Cooling LLC didn't start in a boardroom. It started in 2009, when Dee pulled a dead blower motor out of a neighbor's furnace on a January night and realized St. Louis needed a crew that would just show up, do the work honestly, and answer the phone the next time it broke.
Fifteen years and thousands of service calls later, that's still the whole business. We're a family-run, Missouri-licensed HVAC contractor serving the St. Louis metro — from Florissant down to the Hill, from Chesterfield across to St. Charles. We stock the common Carrier, Trane, and Rheem parts on the truck before we roll, and we size every new system with a real load calculation instead of a rule-of-thumb guess.
We've grown, but we haven't changed. You'll still get a human on the phone at 2am, a tech at your door faster than the chains can schedule you, and a flat price you approve before we lift a single wrench. That's the deal, and it's the reason our customers keep our number saved next to their family doctor.
